Photoshoot Agreement

PHOTOSHOOT SESSION: The Client is guaranteed up to 3 hours of shooting time (dependent on session type and baby's age).  Session length may be shorter if it runs ahead of schedule (or if the Client arrives late or does not co-operate).

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Session fees are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows, but are transferable if a change of date is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).  A maximum of 2 date changes are permitted, and the session must take place within 4 weeks of baby's birth (6 weeks for premature babies), otherwise it is deemed cancelled.

WEATHER: If sessions are cancelled due to very bad weather (whereby it is not possible to get to the studio), the Photographer and the Client will re-schedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

CO-OPERATION/NO SHOWS: The Photographer is not responsible if the Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or co-operate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of the photographer & may be used for marketing purposes (including use on the website).

CLIENT’S USAGE: The Client is obtaining prints, digital images and or products (via a separate payment) for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. 

PAYMENT:  The payment £95 below is a non-refundable session fee only, which secures your session for a specific date.  This does not include any images (digitals, prints or products).  A range of products and packages are available to choose from.  The balance of payment is due on the date of your session...the balance amount depends on which package you select.  Packages start at £295 (please get in touch for full pricing).  Upgrades can be made at your viewing session if desired.
