Your deposit is refunded to you at your viewing session. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of short notice cancellation or non-attendance at the photo session or viewing session. I totally understand that babies are sometimes unwell, and if that happens please do let me know ASAP so that we can discuss options for re-scheduling. For flexibility, you may re-schedule your photo / viewing session a maximum of twice.
